This year, we will once again have 3 large Christmas sets that can accommodate families of up to 5 people. Each session will include a mix of family portraits, sibling photos and individual portraits of the children.
We will typically spend around 6–7 minutes at each set. It may not sound like a lot of time, but don't worry! We have a good workflow planned for each set, and we will guide you and your family through the entire session. You don't need to worry about how to pose. Just relax and leave that part to us!
My assistant and I will do our best to get your children's attention and bring out those natural smiles. We won't just be taking traditional looking-at-the-camera photos either. Some of my favourite images are the candid moments when the kids are simply playing, laughing and having fun!
Here's how the session will flow:
✨ 1. Christmas in Paris
We'll start with our beautiful Parisian street scene while everyone is looking their best! This will be a great opportunity for some dressed-up family portraits, sibling photos and individual shots.
🎄 2. Christmas Living Room
Next, we'll move over to our cozy fireplace living room for some classic Christmas portraits. We'll capture a mix of family photos and relaxed, cozy moments together.
🍪 3. Christmas Kitchen
We'll save the most playful set for last! The kids will get to have some fun with our interactive Christmas kitchen, complete with chef hats, aprons and baking props. Things might get a little messy, which is exactly why we're saving this set until the end!
Please keep in mind that this is just our general session flow. We may make adjustments depending on how the children are doing and what works best for each family.
